Synthesia is seeking a Staff (L6) Product Designer to lead design for AI-native, agentic Sessions surfaces. You'll operate as a senior IC, setting direction, influencing roadmap decisions, and raising the craft bar with Product and Engineering.
You will own major bets end-to-end, define design principles for Sessions, prototype novel interaction patterns, and drive execution that makes AI-driven experiences trustworthy and scalable for enterprise users.
