About the Role
As part of the Marketing team, you will lead performance marketing for paid social channels—including Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms such as TikTok—while collaborating with creative, analytics, and strategy teams. You’ll experiment with new ideas, optimize campaigns, and drive measurable growth.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day‑to‑day performance of paid social campaigns
- Launch experiments to increase brand awareness, driver acquisition and scale across channels
- Optimize conversion rates and reporting, using data‑driven decision‑making
- Provide actionable creative feedback and work with the creative team to build high‑performing ads
- Drive experimentation and automation using no‑code solutions and workflow automation tools
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and partner with product and marketing to align campaigns and funnel goals
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing focused on paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Proven track record managing 6‑figure monthly ad budgets and driving business outcomes
- Deep expertise in data analytics, measurement, and attribution (CAPI, API integrations, automation)
- Hands‑on experience with workflow automation and no‑code solutions
- Strong analytical and creative skills—data‑driven decision making with excellent ad copy writing and creative feedback
- Attention to detail and solid understanding of UX/UI across mobile and desktop
- Channel knowledge beyond paid social (Reddit, YouTube, Paid Search) and how they fit together in the funnel
- Experience with measurement and reporting tools (Looker, GA4, HubSpot, or other BI tools)
- Self‑starter with a bias for action in fast‑moving environments
- Curiosity and passion for testing the boundaries of ads and experimenting with new approaches
