The role
Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, the role will play a key role in ensuring that our people, processes and systems are in continuous alignment as Synthesia grows.
The Revenue Operations Specialist - Solutions & Services will work directly with Synthesia's Solutions & Services team, which sits at the intersection of Customer Success, Sales and Product.
They own the delivery of high-impact engagements, from branded template creation and custom video production to pilot programmes that help enterprise prospects experience Synthesia's value firsthand.
- As the team's dedicated operational partner, you will be responsible for:
- Being the go-to operational and analytical resource for the Solutions & Services team, supporting day-to-day operational requirements including reporting, analysis, integrations and troubleshooting.
- Working with Solutions leaders to develop best-practice processes, and ensuring that they are followed and data collected accurately across the operation.
- Designing and maintaining engagement tracking frameworks that make it easy to record, monitor, and report on solutions activity, ranging from pilots and template builds to custom video delivery and more.
- Building and maintaining automation workflows (using tools such as Zapier or Workato) to reduce manual data entry, enforce process consistency, and connect systems across the Rev Ops stack.
- Owning and administering the core tech stack supporting the team, with Salesforce as the primary system of record and Planhat as the Customer Success platform.
- Building and maintaining capacity planning models that give Solutions leaders visibility into team workload, utilisation, and bandwidth against incoming demand, supporting hiring and prioritisation decisions.
- Designing and owning the reporting layer for Solutions & Services: dashboards and readouts that surface engagement volume, delivery quality, capacity health, and business impact.
- Collaborating with Solutions leaders on recurring analytical asks, including the likes of trend analysis, cohort performance, pilot-to-close conversion, and proactively flagging risks and opportunities.
- Ensuring continuous alignment of data across each part of the Rev Ops tech stack, including handoffs between Pre‑Sales (pilot programmes) and Post‑Sales (onboarding, delivery, and renewal).
- Aligning with Sales Ops and CSOps to ensure the Pre‑Sales to Post‑Sales handoff is clean and instrumented.
- Working with the Rev Ops team to deliver against the Rev Ops roadmap and create a solid operational base with which Synthesia can scale.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Commercial Operations role, ideally within a fast‑growing Saa S business.
- Hands‑on Salesforce experience: you understand objects, fields, reports, and ideally flows or other automation features.
- Experience with automation tooling (Zapier, Workato, or similar) and comfort designing multi‑step workflows that connect systems across the Rev Ops stack.
- SQL proficiency: able to write and structure queries independently to answer business questions and validate data.
- Demonstrated ability to design reportable, repeatable processes and translate them into documented standards that teams can follow.
- Experience building dashboards and operational reports for non‑technical stakeholders, including Solutions or CS leadership.
- Strong analytical instincts and attention to data quality – you notice when something doesn’t add up and you dig until you understand why.
- Exposure to professional services or consulting operations is strongly preferred – you understand how consulting engagements are scoped, staffed, and tracked.
- Experience in a Post‑Sales, CSOps, or Services Ops capacity; familiarity with customer lifecycle concepts in a subscription business.
- Pre‑Sales exposure is a plus: familiarity with pilot programmes and optimising the pre‑to‑post sales handover process.
- Planhat experience is a bonus; experience with another CS platform (Gainsight, Churn Zero, Vitally, etc.) is also valued.
- Comfort working with data warehouse environments (Snowflake, Big Query) or BI tools (Omni, Looker, Tableau) is desirable.
- Able to translate business challenges into technology and process‑led solutions.
About you

- You learn and adopt new technologies quickly.
- You are a self‑starter who is confident working autonomously and making low‑risk decisions yourself.
- You are detail‑oriented, but able to zoom out to the bigger picture.
