Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US. As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
We're looking for a systems-minded release marketer to own how we bring products to market — from the earliest signal out of product planning to the moment a feature lands in a customer's hands. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and go-to-market enablement. You'll build the processes that make launches predictable and repeatable, help centralize and manage the product roadmap, and make sure field teams always have what they need to speak confidently about what we're building.
Location: London (3 days per week in office)
What You'll Do
- Product Roadmap & Release Readiness: Centralize and piece together the product roadmap — maintaining it in collaboration with Product teams, ensuring it reflects the latest source of truth for what's coming. Partner closely with Product and Engineering to establish a clear release readiness process, including standardized release notes, tiering criteria, and handoff checkpoints before any feature goes to GA.
- Launch Execution & Success: Ensure GTM teams — Sales, Revenue Enablement, Customer Success — always have what they need to communicate confidently: talk tracks, product capability guides, one-pagers, and creative assets. Help orient the team around continuous release momentum — making sure smaller shipping moments are communicated clearly and consistently, not just the big launches.
- Systems & Automation: Audit and map the end-to-end release marketing workflow — from changelog to customer communication — and identify where tooling, templates, or process changes can reduce friction and accelerate time-to-market. Build scalable systems that grow with our shipping velocity.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has 6+ years of experience in product marketing, release marketing, or GTM program management at a B2B SaaS company.
- Is a genuine systems thinker and tinkerer.
- Is hands-on with modern tools — you're comfortable in Notion, Slack, Linear, and AI tools.
- Is comfortable working directly with Product and Engineering.
- Brings a point of view on launch operations.
- Is operationally sharp — able to manage multiple launches in parallel.
- Is a clear, concise writer who can translate product capabilities into the language customers and field teams actually use.
- Is collaborative by default — this role touches nearly every team.
