Synthesia uses AI to transform video creation and consumption, enabling businesses to produce highâquality videos quickly and easily. What You'll Do At Synthesia:
- Work endâtoâend on our client application written in React and a monolithic backend in Python, and manage safe releases of features to customers.
- Own projects that span months, breaking problems into deliverable, iterative steps.
- Collaborate directly with the product manager, ideate, and shape the product direction.
- Evaluate your own work using our data vend pipeline and frameworks to measure impact and pivot when needed.
- Consider the longâterm direction of the team, building engineering capabilities to stay ahead of future challenges.
What We're Looking For:
- At least seven years of software engineering experience, including three years at a senior/lead level.
- Experience in a highâperforming engineering team operating at scale.
- Crossâstack knowledge with deep clientâside UI expertise; frontâend only experience is acceptable if willing to help with backâend occasionally.
- Relevant experience building enterpriseâgrade SaaS products that deliver AIâpowered video generation, billing systems, experimentation platforms, video delivery systems, online editors, realâtime collaboration, and so on.
- Strong alignment with commercial success.
- Previous leadership experience of smaller teams is a plus.
