Synthesia in London is seeking its first full-time UX researcher to own research end-to-end across a multi-product platform. You will collaborate with product, design and engineering on both strategic and tactical studies, and help build a participant panel and light research operations as we scale.

This senior IC role requires guiding researchers and shaping how research scales across the product portfolio, influencing decisions at the highest levels and coaching teams on practical research.
