ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a systems-minded release marketer to own how we bring products to market β€” from the earliest signal out of product planning to the moment a feature lands in a customer's hands. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and go-to-market enablement. You'll build the processes that make launches predictable and repeatable, help centralize and manage the product roadmap, and make sure field teams always have what they need to speak confidently about what we're building. You'll be the connective tissue between Product and commercial teams, and you'll be the person who makes the whole system work better.

You should be someone who thinks in systems β€” always looking to build repeatable, scalable processes rather than one-off outputs. Someone who gets genuinely excited about finding a smarter way to do something: automating a manual workflow, connecting tools so information flows without chasing, or shaving a week off a launch cycle. You'll reach instinctively for tools like Claude, Notion, Slack, and Linear to get things done faster β€” and you'll bring that same instinct to how the team operates. You'll use AI tooling not just to market our product, but to do your own best work.

Location: London (3 days per week in office)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Product Roadmap & Release Readiness
    • Centralize and piece together the product roadmap β€” maintaining it in collaboration with Product teams, ensuring it reflects the latest source of truth for what's coming.
    • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to establish a clear release readiness process, including standardized release notes, tiering criteria, and handoff checkpoints before any feature goes to GA.
    • Define and maintain the launch tiering framework so there's a shared, consistent language across the company for scoping launch effort.
  • Launch Execution & Success
    • Ensure GTM teams β€” Sales, Revenue Enablement, Customer Success β€” always have what they need to communicate confidently: talk tracks, product capability guides, one-pagers, and creative assets.
    • Partner with Revenue Enablement to ensure they have the right assets for enablement sessions ahead of releases, so every GTM team member can speak to what's new and why it matters to customers.
    • Help orient the team around continuous release momentum β€” making sure smaller shipping moments are communicated clearly and consistently, not just the big launches.
    • Support launch moments end-to-end, coordinating assets, timing, and messaging across channels to land with impact.
  • Systems & Automation
    • Audit and map the end-to-end release marketing workflow β€” from changelog to customer communication β€” and identify where tooling, templates, or process changes can reduce friction and accelerate time-to-market.
    • Build scalable systems that grow with our shipping velocity: standardized messaging frameworks, asset libraries, launch trackers, and cross-functional handoff processes.
    • Align tools across Product, Marketing, and GTM so information flows without manual chasing β€” and actively experiment with AI tooling to accelerate how we produce and ship launch materials.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

  • Has 6+ years of experience in product marketing, release marketing, or GTM program management at a B2B SaaS company β€” you've owned the launch process, not just participated in it.
  • Is a genuine systems thinker and tinkerer β€” you don't just execute launches, you build the infrastructure that makes the next one easier. You're the kind of person who spots a manual process and immediately starts thinking about how to automate it.
  • Is hands-on with modern tools β€” you're comfortable in Notion, Slack, Linear, and AI tools like Claude, and you naturally reach for them to move faster and work smarter.
  • Is comfortable working directly with Product and Engineering β€” you know how to ask the right questions early, read between the lines of a roadmap, and translate engineering timelines into GTM-ready content.
  • Brings a point of view on launch operations β€” you've built tiering frameworks or release processes before and have opinions on what works.
  • Is operationally sharp β€” able to manage multiple launches in parallel, maintain visibility across the release calendar, and help the team show momentum through continuous shipping.
  • Is a clear, concise writer who can translate product capabilities into the language customers and field teams actually use β€” without losing accuracy in the process.
  • Is collaborative by default β€” this role touches nearly every team, and you thrive as a connector and coordinator.
