We are looking for a Creative Strategist who can turn inspiration (from trends, organic posts and other ads) into high-performing ads, write hooks and scripts, brief creators, and help us produce a lot of ads every single month. You’ll also help expand and level-up Synthesia’s small but fast-growing creator community — finding new creators, and enabling them to produce winning ads at scale.

About the role: This role sits at the heart of our performance creative engine. As a Creative Strategist, you’ll work closely with our Creative Strategy Lead, performance marketing team, motion designers, and our early but fast-growing network of content creators. Your mission is simple: Create winning ads. You’ll be the one researching trends, hunting for and developing scroll-stopping ad concepts, and turning those insights into weekly creative briefs that creators and our internal team can execute on immediately.
What you’ll do: Produce weekly creative directions for our internal “ad production engine”: performance-driven creative angles for different audiences.
