About the role As Synthesia’s go‑to‑market strategy matures, we need someone to own and optimise the marketing engine—ensuring data integrity, scalable processes and visibility into performance.
You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, Rev Ops and sales, driving automation, insights and operational excellence.
What you’ll be doing Technology & Tools Website & Analytics Management – own measurement and analytics setup (GA, GTM), audit and improve event tracking, and provide clean data.
Marketing Automation – build and maintain workflows, email programs and campaign templates.
CRM & Attribution – manage Salesforce campaigns, enforce attribution models and keep Hub Spot and Salesforce aligned.
Tech Stack Ownership – centralise ownership of all marketing tech and lead any migration or optimisation.
Data Management & Reporting Data Quality – keep Hub Spot and Salesforce data clean and standardised.
Reporting & Insights – build dashboards (funnel performance, pipeline influence, ROI), support ad‑hoc analysis and lead scoring models.
Process & Workflow Optimization Lead Lifecycle Management – optimise routing, scoring and hand‑off between marketing and sales.
Automation & Efficiency – automate repetitive tasks for field marketing, SEO and ads.
Field Marketing Enablement – streamline event and campaign processes to reduce overhead.
What you’ll bring 3–5 years in marketing operations, revenue operations or related analytical roles.
Hands‑on experience with Hub Spot, Salesforce and marketing analytics tools.
Strong understanding of campaign attribution, lead lifecycle and CRM architecture.
Exceptional data skills and the ability to conduct deep investigative analysis.
Excellent cross‑functional communication, especially with marketing, sales and ops teams.
