As a Product Counsel, prior exposure to generative AI is preferred. Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and related legal issues (e.g., IP, privacy, algorithmic accountability) is required. A strong understanding of GDPR and other major privacy frameworks, as well as experience with biometric data processing or automated decision-making, is a plus.
Comfortable working with technical teams and translating legal risk into actionable guidance. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft clear, concise messages for cross-functional audiences. Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
