Synthesia is seeking a Manager of Scaled Customer Success to lead a high-performing team of CSMs overseeing a $22M+ ARR across emerging and mid-market customers.

You will design scalable, data-driven engagement programs to improve product adoption and customer health, while partnering with Product and Rev Ops to bring initiatives to life quickly.

You will coach a team across the US and UK, drive digital CS motions, and champion hypothesis testing to evolve programs.
