Assembly Technician

Do you want to help build innovative machines and make a real impact on the final result? We are looking for a motivated Assembly Technician with an electrical background, who enjoys getting hands‑on and thrives in a close‑knit team environment.

In this role, you will play a key part in assembling and wiring machines and components. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure everything is delivered on time, to the highest quality standards, and to the customer’s satisfaction.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

  • Assemble and wire components and complete machines
  • Build sub‑assemblies, machine panels, and wiring
  • Apply and verify electrical bias during testing and commissioning to ensure correct functionality of electrical components and systems
  • Complete quality documentation and identify improvement opportunities
  • Operate lifting and handling equipment (once trained)
  • Contribute to improvements and support 5S and safety initiatives on the shop floor
  • Help achieve the operational goals of the assembly department

What You Bring

  • A completed electrical qualification (required)
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and understand Bills of Materials
  • Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly in a machine‑building environment
  • Understanding of electrical biasing principles and their impact on system performance
  • Good technical skills and dexterity to work with a variety of parts, including sheet metal, machined, and electrical components
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and computer literacy
  • A forklift license and knowledge of Lean manufacturing are a plus!
