What you can expect
We are seeking an experienced Allround CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team in Weert, Netherlands.
In this role, you will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines to produce precision components according to specifications.
You will work independently and collaboratively to ensure the highest quality standards while maintaining efficiency and safety in our production environment.
- Operate and program CNC lathes and mills to manufacture precision components from various materials
- Set up machines, install tooling, and configure cutting parameters based on technical drawings and specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make real-time adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality
- Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to verify component tolerances
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to understand production requirements
- Maintain organized work areas and ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Document production data and report any deviations or quality issues to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and resolve challenges
- Continuously improve machining techniques and contribute to process efficiency initiatives
