Location: Based 10 mins drive from Brackley

Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday–Thursday day shift

We’re supporting a well-established engineering manufacturer known for producing high-accuracy tools and components. Due to continued demand, they’re looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join their day shift team. You’ll be working on complex, high-tolerance components, contributing to a team that prides itself on engineering excellence.

CNC Miller Duties:

  • Setting and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision components
  • Manufacturing small and medium batch runs efficiently and accurately
  • Reading & interpreting engineering drawings (including GD&T)
  • Inspecting components using a range of measuring equipment
  • Performing daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks

CNC Miller Profile:

  • Strong CNC programming knowledge, with the ability to confidently read and edit programmes
  • Experience with multi-pallet CNC Milling machines
  • Ability to read & understand complex technical drawings
  • A detail-driven mindset and commitment to high-quality work
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Previous experience in a precision engineering environment
