Location: Based near Reading (candidates along the M3 corridor also considered – Winchester, Camberley, Farnborough, etc.)

Salary: Up to £40,000 basic + uncapped overtime + on-call allowance (OTE £50,000+)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week (door to door pay)

Package: Overtime, on-call rota, training, and career progression

Candidates must hold a British passport for this role due to SC required.

They are looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their growing team, supporting both installation and maintenance work. This position is ideal for someone with strong electrical and mechanical skills, who enjoys hands-on field work and isn't afraid to work outdoors in all weathers. You'll be joining a company that offers long-term progression, extensive training, and the opportunity to earn significantly through overtime and call-out work.

  • Overtime paid at 1.3x after 40 hours on weekdays
