Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 DOE

Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 07:00 – 16:00
  • Friday: 07:00 – 12:00

Syntech Recruitment are working with a high-precision manufacturing business based close to Lurgan to appoint a CNC Programmer specialising in complex aerospace components.

CNC Programmer Responsibilities

  • Offline CNC programming for 3, 4 and 5-axis machining centres using CAM software
  • Develop and optimise machining strategies across materials including aluminium and titanium
  • Select and implement efficient tooling packages for each component
  • Design and develop fixtures and workholding solutions
  • Liaise with external programming subcontractors where required

CNC Programmer Requirements

  • Experience in offline CNC programming using CAM software (e.g. Mastercam or similar)
  • Strong understanding of multi-axis machining (3, 4 and 5-axis)
  • Background in aerospace manufacturing is preferred
