Salary: £27,500 basic + 22.6% shift uplift (£33,715 total package)
Location: Near Stadhampton, Oxfordshire (commutable from Oxford, Thame, Abingdon, Didcot, Wallingford, Wheatley, Aylesbury)
Hours:
- First 6 months (probation): Monday to Friday, 37 hours
- Post-probation: 4 on / 4 off, 07:00 - 16:30

Assembly Operative Duties
- Assembling aerospace components to tight tolerances
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and production documentation
- Handling materials and components in line with strict H&S procedures
- Carrying out self‑inspection and quality checks using precision tools
- Updating SAP systems to track work‑in‑progress and batch data
- Using hand tools such as torque wrenches and pliers
- Working to detailed SOPs and manufacturing processes
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy and consistency
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings
- Strong understanding of health & safety practices
- Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Reliable, methodical and able to work under pressure
- Team player with a strong attention to detail
