Working on a variety of bespoke fabrication projects, you'll be involved in the manufacture of steel, stainless steel and aluminium fabrications used within the signage industry. Welder Fabricator Responsibilities
- TIG and MIG welding on steel, stainless steel and aluminium
- Fabricate components from engineering drawings
- Carry out sheet metal fabrication
- Form, fold and finish fabricated components
- Assemble bespoke fabrications to customer specifications
- Inspect completed work to ensure high quality standards
- Maintain welding equipment and work area
- Work safely and efficiently to production deadlines
Welder Fabricator Profile
- Previous experience as a Welder Fabricator
- Strong TIG and MIG welding experience
- Experience welding steel, stainless steel and aluminium
- Sheet metal fabrication experience
- Confident forming, folding and finishing fabricated components
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
