• Salary: £48,000 - £50,000 (OTE £60K+)
• Overtime: Paid at 1.3/£31 per hour and there is around 8+hours per week
• Location: Wokingham area
• Hours: Day shift/ 40 hours per week flexible start/finish times available

5 Axis CNC Programmer responsibilities:

• Producing work for 5-axis CNC programs using MasterCam.
• Set and operate DMG machining centres with Fanuc or Siemens controls.
• Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and CAD files.
• Deliver precision-engineered components to tight tolerances in small batch volumes.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to refine processes and reduce cycle times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

5 Axis CNC Programmer requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in 5-axis CNC programming (ideally on DMG machines).
• Fanuc and/or Siemens control proficiency.
• Strong experience using MasterCam software.
• A proven track record producing low batch, tight tolerance components.
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and a keen eye for quality.
