Location: Alton (20 minutes drive from Winchester)
Hours: 8am to 4pm Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Overtime: Daily at 1.5x basic rate

What you’ll be doing:
- Reading schematic drawings and circuit diagrams to diagnose and repair faults
- Carrying out soldering, testing and refurbishment of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies
- Using oscilloscopes, multimeters and other bench equipment to fault find
- Completing work to CAA, EASA and FAA Part 145 standards
- Maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office and the MRP system
- Ensuring all work cards and job packs are completed correctly
What we’re looking for:
- Strong ability to read schematic and engineering drawings
- Proven experience with soldering and electronics/electro-mechanical repair
- Fault-finding experience using scopes, meters and standard workshop tools
- Transferable repair background (aviation or industries such as white goods/electronics repair)
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office & MRP systems)
