This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in manufacturing, fabrication, assembly or pipe bending who enjoys working from engineering drawings and producing high-quality components to exacting standards.

The Role
As a Pipe Bender, you'll be responsible for manufacturing and forming precision pipework components used within highly engineered aerospace products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting and operating pipe bending machinery
- Hand-forming and fitting pipes to form blocks and measuring equipment
- Cutting pipes using electric saws and associated equipment
- Working from engineering drawings, specifications and build plans
- Adjusting and forming pipes to meet precise dimensional requirements
- Using measuring equipment to verify accuracy and quality
- Carrying out self-inspection and quality checks
- Maintaining productivity whilst achieving high-quality standards
- Following all health and safety procedures and manufacturing processes
- Supporting continuous improvement and 5S activities
- Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing or engineering experience
- Experience operating bending pipe/tube machinery or working with formed metal components
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Familiarity with engineering hand tools such as Torque Wrenches
- Basic understanding of measuring equipment such as verniers and calipers
