8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 12pm Friday

About the Role

We're supporting a leading aerospace manufacturer near Uxbridge who are looking to bring in Logistics Operatives to join their Stores and Packing teams.

This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a highly regulated, clean, and structured environment, with consistent overtime available and long-term stability.

Due to the nature of the work, this role requires

  • A consistent

(No more then 3 roles within the last 5 years, with explanations for any gaps in employment required)

  • Ability to pass
  • BPSS clearance
  • (No criminal record etc)

Please note: employment cannot begin until clearance is completed, which can take up to 4 weeks.

  • Picking, packing, labelling and preparing parts for shipment
  • Checking batch numbers, part descriptions and quantities against system records
  • Ensuring correct packing materials and accurate labelling
  • Working closely with logistics/shipping teams to meet dispatch deadlines
  • Carrying out self-inspection and quality checks
  • Supporting across Stores, Packing and Internal Transport
  • Receiving goods into Stores and moving stock across site
  • Using FLT or similar equipment (training provided if needed)

  • Previous stores, warehouse or packing experience
  • Able to follow instructions and work to deadlines
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel or similar systems)
  • Reliable, methodical and a strong team player
