Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum (including shift uplift).
Location: Based near Uxbridge (Commutable from: Slough, Watford, High Wycombe, Hayes, Aylesbury, Luton and more).
Hours: Continental Shifts – Early: 06:00–16:00 / Late: 12:00–22:00. Pattern: Rotation between early and late shifts (no consecutive weeks) – 177 working days per year, approx. 25 weekends.

Responsibilities- Setting and operating CNC mills and lathes (Bridgeport, Hurco, DMG, Protrack)
- Editing G&M programs directly at the machine when required
- Producing low-volume, high-precision components
- Operating CMM machinery and interpreting CMM drawings
- Performing basic machine and tool maintenance
- Self-inspecting and deburring components to high standards
- Supporting lean manufacturing practices and process improvements
- Several years’ experience as a CNC Machinist (milling and/or turning)
- Confident setting and operating multi-axis machines
- Ability to self-inspect using standard measurement tools
- Experience reading CMM reports
- Mechanical apprenticeship (ideal but not essential)
- Familiarity with 5S, Continuous Improvement, Kanban
