Location: Ascot, Berkshire (Commutable from Bracknell, Wokingham, Reading, Maidenhead, Slough, Windsor and surrounding areas)
Salary: 15.00 - 16.00 per hour (30,420 - 32,448 basic) | OTE 37,440 - 39,936
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am 5:30pm, Friday finish 1pm (45-hour week)
We are recruiting for a Toolroom Technician to join a well-established precision engineering manufacturer based near Ascot, Berkshire. Working within a modern, clean CNC machining environment, you will play a key role in ensuring production teams have the tooling and fixtures they need to manufacture complex, high-value components used within military and aerospace applications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of CNC tooling and fixtures who enjoys working in an organised, hands-on environment supporting manufacturing operations.
What’s on Offer:
- 15.00 - 16.00 per hour depending on experience
- OTE of 37,440 - 39,936 including regular overtime
- 39 standard hours plus 6 hours overtime paid at 1.5x each week
