Syntech Recruitment are supporting a well-established precision engineering manufacturer who are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Turner to join their growing machine shop team. This is an excellent opportunity for a programmer, setter and operator who enjoys working to tight tolerances and machining challenging materials including Inconel, Titanium, Hastelloy and Duplex alloys.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Programming, setting and operating CNC turning machines using Fanuc and ISO controls
  • Producing precision-engineered components to tight tolerances
  • Machining exotic materials including Inconel, Titanium and Hastelloy
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications
  • Selecting tooling, speeds, feeds and machining strategies
  • Carrying out in-process inspection using precision measuring equipment
