Responsibilities
- Quality Management: Set up and improve the company's Quality Management System; ensure proper documentation and record-keeping; manage equipment calibration and support the design and development process; reduce quality-related costs and ensure products meet company and customer standards; oversee internal audits and identify improvement areas; handle complaints and defects, and manage corrective actions; lead third-party audits and ensure any required corrections are made; provide quality training to employees and monitor key quality metrics; conduct regular reviews to drive continuous improvement; submit monthly and quarterly reports.
- Health, Safety, and Environmental Management: Oversee all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) activities; create the annual Carbon Reduction report and update plans; work towards maintaining recognised HSE standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead and promote a culture of continuous improvement; guide the continuous improvement team and ensure progress.
