Production Operative
Salary: £12.50 – £13.00 per hour
Location: Wokingham (RG41 area)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm (37.5 paid hours per week)
Contract: Permanent

Syntech Recruitment is working with a growing manufacturing business in Wokingham to find a hardworking Production Operative to join their small, friendly production team. This is a hands-on role in a clean, well organised environment — ideal for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys variety in their day-to-day tasks.

Production Operative Duties:
- Support all production activities within the moulding and assembly department
- Change materials, print labels, and prepare finished goods for dispatch
- Check, weigh, palletise, and log completed components
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the production area
- Assist with measuring parts, tool changes, and quality checks as needed
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
Production Operative Profile:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience (injection moulding experience a plus)
- Proactive and flexible approach to varied daily tasks
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and works well as part of a small team
