We’re hiring for a Paint Prepper to join a specialist manufacturing team near Uxbridge. This hands-on role involves preparing aerospace-grade components through precise masking, adhesive application, and oven-curing processes. It’s an excellent opportunity to join a respected engineering company producing safety-critical parts for the aerospace sector.

Paint Prepper Responsibilities:
- Mask components accurately for surface treatment and aluminium oxide blasting
- Apply specialist adhesives (e.g. Araldite) to exacting standards
- Cure bonded parts using industrial ovens to meet technical requirements
- Remove excess adhesive and clean surfaces to a high finish
- Work from detailed instructions and technical drawings
- Maintain a clean, organised, and methodical workspace

- Ability to follow work instructions and interpret technical drawings
- Confident using hand tools, adhesives, and operating curing ovens
