We're looking for a Mechanical Assembly Operative to join their growing production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with assembly, manufacturing, production or engineering experience who enjoys working with precision components in a structured, quality-focused environment.

Mechanical Assembly Operative Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components and assemblies to detailed engineering specifications
- Follow work instructions, manufacturing procedures and engineering drawings
- Use hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively
- Carry out assembly work to strict quality standards and tolerances
- Identify and verify part numbers, batch information and drawing revisions
- Complete in-process inspections and quality checks
- Record work accurately using SAP and other production systems
- Handle components and materials carefully to prevent damage
- Support continuous improvement and 5S activities
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within manufacturing, assembly or production environments
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience using hand tools and assembly equipment
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable and safety-conscious approach to work
