We’re seeking a Material Handler to join the team and support production by managing tooling, materials, and consumables within a busy manufacturing environment.

Material Handler duties:
- Supporting production teams with the supply of tooling, fixturing, gauges, and consumables
- Replenishing Kanban stations across all manufacturing areas
- Handling tooling and material requests from internal teams and sub-contractors
- Receiving and storing goods, ensuring items are logged and protected for transit
- Maintaining accurate inventory records via the ATMS (Automated Tooling Management System)
- Assisting with weekly and monthly tooling checks, including gauge calibration and carbide regrind
- Participating in lean initiatives, 5S audits, and continuous improvement projects
Material Handler Profile:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or engineering stores environment
- Confident handling tooling, materials and using inventory systems
- A methodical, team-oriented individual with good attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel & Word)
