Manufacturing Support Technician
Location: Near Uxbridge (10-minute drive)
Salary: £40,000 – £43,000 per annum + excellent benefits
Hours: Full-time, permanent

What you\’ll be doing
- Diagnosing issues that cause production stops and deciding on quick fixes or deeper investigation
- Carrying out minor reworks within your skillset
- Liaising with engineering, quality control, and production teams to keep operations flowing
- Checking stock, raising repicks, and ensuring tooling is in place at the right time
- Supporting production planning tasks including splitting cards, raising new orders, and releasing jobs
- Raising quality notifications and contributing to improvement projects
- Assisting multiple departments to resolve problems quickly and reduce downtime
About you
- Hands‑on experience within manufacturing or assembly environments
- Practical problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across departments
- Calm under pressure with good organisational ability
- Self‑motivated team player with the confidence to work independently when needed
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage (training provided if not)
