We're recruiting Machine Operators for a well-established manufacturing business near Liphook. This is a hands-on production role operating moulding machinery and helping deliver quality product to customer standards. Full training is provided, and there's genuine scope to become multi-skilled across the site. Multiple positions are available.
What you'll be doing:
- Operating moulding press machinery, running products to documented settings and specifications
- Running multiple machines and monitoring the quality of your own output
- Finishing, assembling, inspecting and packing product to customer standards
- Carrying out re-work where needed and reporting any non-conforming product
- Completing manufacturing paperwork accurately to maintain batch traceability
- Reporting any equipment faults and keeping a clean, safe work area
What we're looking for:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Able to read and follow written work instructions and drawings
- Good manual dexterity for operating machinery
- Reliable, self-motivated and a team player
- Solid standards of literacy and numeracy
