Overview
Syntech Recruitment are currently supporting a client based in the Kingswood area of Bristol in the search for an experienced Accounts Administrator / Finance Assistant on an initial 3-month contract basis, with potential for extension. This position would suit a detail-oriented and organised individual with strong administrative and finance support experience, ideally within a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate data entry and maintenance of financial records
- Supporting day-to-day accounting and administrative activities
- Processing financial information using accounting software including SAGE
- Managing documentation and maintaining organised filing systems
- Assisting with customer queries and internal communications professionally
- Supporting finance and administration teams with general office duties
- Maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information
- Ensuring accuracy and quality across all administrative processes
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience using accounting software such as SAGE
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
