In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining rubber injection moulding machinery to manufacture high-quality elastomeric components. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring machines run safely and efficiently, performing basic process adjustments, loading rubber compounds, inspecting finished parts against strict quality standards, and assisting with mold setup and maintenance. Process Operator Responsibilities Prepare, operate, and monitor rubber injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment. Load raw rubber materials/compounds into feed mechanisms according to production run orders. Monitor key machine process parameters including barrel/mold temperatures, injection pressures, cure cycles, and press clamp pressure to ensure consistent operation.
