The Opportunity
Syntech Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading electronics manufacturer at the forefront of high-spec PCBA production. Due to significant growth, we are seeking six PCBA Inspectors to join a high-precision production team. This role is critical in ensuring that complex electronic assemblies meet the rigorous standards required for industries such as aerospace, medical, and defense. You will utilize advanced inspection technology alongside traditional visual techniques to guarantee 100% build quality.
Working Patterns

- Early Shift: Mon Thu (06:00 14:15)
- Twilight Shift (4-Day Week): Mon Thu (13:00 23:00)
- Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week plus a 15% salary uplift.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Inspection: Operation of high-end inspection machinery including AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), Flying Probe (FPT), QUINS, and X-Ray equipment.
- Visual Precision: Conducting detailed microscopic and camera-aided inspections of SMT and PTH assemblies to identify solder defects.
