The Role:
- High‑Precision Centerless Grinding: This isn't rough manual grinding. You will be responsible for setting and operating high‑end centerless grinding machines to achieve micro‑level tolerances.
- Expert Setting: Full set‑up and operation of Centerless Grinders (experience with Wickman, Ghiringhelli, Cincinnati, or Tschudin is highly desirable).
- Tight Tolerances: Consistently working to demanding aerospace standards where precision is the absolute priority.
- Total Quality Control: Reading complex technical drawings and conducting your own first‑off inspections.
- Precision Measurement: Expert use of micrometers and gauges—you know exactly what "good" looks like.
- Efficiency: Maintaining high output and reducing scrap through meticulous machine management.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
