Operations Manager Location: Dublin, Ireland Salary: €70,000 – €75,000 + Performance Bonus Contract: Permanent, Office-Based About the Company Established almost three decades ago, our client is a mechanical services contractor delivering full design-and-build HVAC and mechanical installations across Ireland and internationally, from concept through to commissioning. The Role A senior operational position reporting into the Project Directors, responsible for running the projects team and day-to-day workforce management across live schemes. Key Responsibilities: * Weekly labour control and management across live projects * Supporting payroll with timesheet queries * Collaborating with the Apprentice Skills Manager on apprentice development * Primary point of contact for site staff * Driving continuous improvement initiatives alongside Project Directors * Maintaining processes and procedures in line with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 Requirements: * 10+ years' experience in the HVAC / mechanical services industry (essential) * Strong project planning and management background * Proven leader and communicator — able to motivate teams and meet deadlines * Ability to operate autonomously with authority * Proficient across MS Office * Full, clean driving licence Benefits: * Performance-related bonus * CPD and career development programmes * Flexitime * Discounted gym membership * Employee Assistance Programme * Regular team events Apply TODAY
