Location: Oxfordshire, UK

Salary: £20ph - £25ph DOE

Type: Full-Time | Temporary Contract (1 Month)

Hours: 35 hours per week

Syntech Recruitment are working with a specialist client in Oxfordshire to recruit a temporary Composite Technician / Laminator for an immediate assignment. This role will support composite production activities within a process-driven manufacturing environment, focusing heavily on carbon fibre lay-up, laminating and composite tooling work.

Composite Technician (Laminator) Duties

  • Carry out carbon fibre laminating and lay-up activities
  • Manufacture composite components using pre-preg materials
  • Work with honeycomb panels and composite assemblies
  • Prepare tooling and support mould making activities
  • Follow technical drawings and manufacturing documentation
  • Complete work in line with quality and process standards
  • Inspect components for defects and quality issues
  • Maintain accurate production documentation
  • Support production targets and delivery schedules
  • Work closely with engineering and production teams
  • Maintain clean and organised work areas
  • Adhere to all health and safety procedures

Composite Technician (Laminator) Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Composite Technician or Laminator
  • Strong carbon fibre lay-up and laminating experience
  • Experience working with honeycomb panels and composite assemblies
