This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled engineer to join an innovative team at the forefront of electronics hardware and software testing solutions. Our client supports a global customer base and is seeking a proactive, technically astute individual who thrives in a hands-on, customer-facing role. This role offers significant exposure, including international travel to support installations, training, and system implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote support for ATE hardware and software systems.
- Collaborate with internal design teams to implement and validate custom test solutions.
- Develop and debug ATE test sequences, calibration sequences, and hardware interfaces.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to minimize system downtime and improve test efficiency.
- Deliver end-user training, technical documentation, and presentations.
- Support system installations, upgrades, and modifications globally.
- Engage with clients to gather feedback and improve product offerings.
- Ensure solutions comply with internal quality processes and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
