Overview
Are you an experienced Assembly / Testing operative? You could be progressing your career at a world class and very successful Manufacturing company who have been awarded multiple queen\’s awards and provide a range of complex safety equipment for the Aerospace / Defence markets. Based in a busy assembly testing department, you will be testing mechanical assemblies relevant to the aerospace sector.
Location & Hours
Location / Hours: You\’ll be based close to Stadhampton, 5 days per week; you\’ll need to be able to drive there or be on close public transport links. Free parking available. 37hrs per week (Mon-Thur, 8:00 – 5:00 / Friday 8:00 – 12:00)
Requirements
- Experience with mechanical assembling and testing
- Able to read and interpret assembly drawings
- Use of handheld tools
- Pyrotechnic experience (desirable)
- Pressure testing (desirable)
- NDT testing experience (desirable)
Salary & Benefits
As an Assembly Testing Operative, you will earn a starting salary of £25,500 plus benefits including:
