This is a part-time position with responsibility for managing and maintaining the company’s integrated Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental management systems, covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. The role would suit an experienced Quality or QHSE professional looking for a senior, hands-on position across 22.5 hours per week. Salary & Hours * Full-time equivalent salary: £50,000 per annum * Part-time salary: £30,000 per annum * 22.5 hours per week * Full-time working week equivalent: 37.5 hours * Permanent, part-time position Key Responsibilities * Manage and maintain the company’s integrated QHSE Business Management System. * Maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. * Schedule and carry out internal audits. * Support external audits with the company’s accreditation body. * Develop, maintain and improve internal processes and work instructions. * Analyse QHSE KPIs and communicate results to the wider business. * Schedule and support Management Review Meetings in line with ISO requirements. * Monitor internal and supplier non-conformances. * Analyse customer satisfaction levels and complaints. * Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding QHSE compliance. * Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legislation. * Schedule and support facilities and maintenance visits. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across QHSE processes. Experience & Requirements * Minimum 5 years’ Quality leadership experience. * Strong knowledge and practical experience of maintaining a QMS/BMS. * Proven internal auditing experience. * ISO Auditing qualification. * Good knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance. * Experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment would be highly advantageous. * Quality Assurance qualification from an accredited body such as CQI or IRCA would be advantageous. * Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and problem-solving techniques. * Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Good planning and organisational skills.
