A well-established engineering / manufacturing business based in Aldershot is looking to hire an Industrial Maintenance Electrician to support site-wide electrical maintenance and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident working with industrial electrics (3-phase) across a varied mix of legacy and modern machinery, alongside specialist equipment including CNC machines, wire making lines, and bespoke welding machines.

Responsibilities
- Electrical maintenance and fault finding across the full manufacturing site
- Working on machinery including:
- Grinding machines
- Milling machines
- Turning / lathe machines
- Sintering furnaces
- Dedicated wire making lines
- Bespoke welding machine electrical builds
- Planned maintenance
- 5-year electrical checks
- PAT testing
- Supporting / maintaining fire alarm and fire system infrastructure
Requirements
- Strong experience in industrial electrics (including 3-phase)
- Background in electrical maintenance within manufacturing / engineering / industrial environments
- Confident fault finding and working independently on site equipment
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to get stuck in
