Syntech Biofuel is a pioneering renewable energy company based on the Isle of Grain, Kent. We are seeking Trainee Bio‑Technicians to join our biofuel production team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the biofuel production team in the processing units.
  • Perform assigned tasks under supervision, with full training provided.

Qualifications

  • Reliable timekeeper and punctual.
  • Must be able to drive; Kingsnorth is a remote industrial estate with limited public transport.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – able to interact confidently with all staff.
  • Positive energy, drive and enthusiasm; willingness to learn and contribute.

Location & Schedule

  • Work location: Kingsnorth Industrial Estate, Grain, Kent.
  • Full‑time, 40 hours per week; the company operates 7 days a week, so shifts may include nights, weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility for shift work required.
  • Commute: Must reliably commute from Grain, ME3 9ND or plan to relocate before starting.
  • Work type: In‑person.
