Java Developer needed with active SC Security Clearance for a permanent position based in Reading (Hybrid). Start ASAP in Spring 2026.

- Java Developer with strong Back End Java experience to develop new features for a portfolio of Government Clients.
- Java 8/11/17, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, JEE standards (JPA, JMS, CDI), REST APIs, Oracle DB, PL/SQL.
- Microservices development on AWS/Azure Cloud platforms including Design Patterns.
- Java development experience for large-scale integration projects involving messaging, web services + distributed systems.
Tech Environment:
- AWS (ECS, EKS, API Gateway, Serverless)
- ELK stack (Kibana)
- DevOps/CI, Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, RabbitMQ + IBM MQ.
Agile development methods including:
- Scrum
