IT Support Technician needed for a permanent role in Derby. Providing day-to-day IT tech support to clients across the midlands. A chance to join an established IT Services business with a proven track record spanning 20+ years. Start ASAP in Nov/Dec 2025.

Key skills, experience + tasks:
- Providing remote IT tech support for a range of customers to 1st/2nd line level.
- Ensuring all actions are logged and managed via the IT helpdesk + visiting customer sites to complete IT service requests.
- System monitoring, error logging, fault-tracking + IT incident management to ensure maximum service availability.
- IT asset tracking, service provisioning + managing IT accounts for new starters/leavers.
Technical Environment: Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), DHCP, DNS, Group Policies, Office 365, RRAS + basic understanding of Networks.
Soft skills: problem solving, attention to detail, logical, proactive, prioritisation + strong customer service skills.
Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
