Strong Salesforce core configuration skills including:

Owning the end-to-end Salesforce operational support cycle including:

Working directly with existing customers across various channels including:
- phone
- messaging
- Salesforce Experience Cloud
Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud, Marketing Cloud Engagement, Apex Coding, LWCs + IT Consultancies.
