Service Now Designer (Telecoms) – London (Hybrid) – 6 Month Contract – £450/day (Outside IR35)
Service Now Designer needed with strong Telecoms industry experience. 6 Month Contract based in London (Hybrid). Start ASAP in July/August 2026.
Hybrid Working - 3 days/week remote (WFH), and 2 days/week working from the office in London.
Working with a global IT Consultancy supporting a Telecoms end client with a Service Now solutions project:
- Designing, creating, modifying + implementing Service Now toolset components including: ITSM, CSM, ITAM, ITOM, IRM, CMDB.
- Implementing Service Now modules, configuration, administration + support of core Service Now platform.
- Service Now platform design, development, implementation, Incident Management, Service Requests, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management + new releases.
- Service Now Glide Objects including: Glide Records, Glide System, Glide Aggregate + Glide Ajax.
- Service Now enhancement requests to the customer\'s Service Now instances, including changes to the user interface, system properties, foundation data + workflows.
- System integration experience using Web Services and web-based technologies including: XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST, SOAP, Agile/Scrum approaches.
- ITIL Service Management certification advantageous (ITIL v3 certification).
