ServiceNow Architect needed with strong Telecommunications Network Inventory (TNI) expertise. 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract based in Newbury (Hybrid).
Hybrid Working – 3 days/week remote (WFH) + 2 days/week working from the office in Newbury (Berkshire). Start ASAP in March/April 2026.
Working with a global IT Consultancy helping a Telecoms client modernize its network operations, unify inventory systems & accelerate digital transformation with ServiceNow.
Key skills, experience & tasks:
- ServiceNow Architect needed to define, design & implement a large-scale Telecommunications Network Inventory (TNI) solution on the ServiceNow platform.
- In-depth ServiceNow & TNI architecture expertise, including hands‑on experience of Telecoms Inventory Models.
- Telecoms Network Inventory (TNI) expertise including: rack design, capacity, equipment modeling & fibre/circuit mapping/provisioning.
- Strong ServiceNow Telecom ecosystem expertise including: TNI, CMDB, Discovery, Service Operations, ITOM, CSM, FSM/FSL.
- Designing integrations between ServiceNow and OSS/BSS systems, data modelling for Telecoms network equipment, network topologies, logical circuits, racks, capacity & Telecoms topology.
- Working closely with Enterprise Architects, network engineers, business leaders & key stakeholders to build scalable, AI enabled & future‑ready telecom operations.
- Advantageous: ServiceNow AI features, Predictive Intelligence, Automation Engine, AIOps, AWS/Azure/GCP Cloud, Microservices, enterprise integration patterns, pre‑sales, estimation & solution shaping for Telecom RFPs.
- ServiceNow Certifications preferred: Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD).
