QA Lead (ETL, Data Migration, NHS) Leeds (Hybrid when required) 5 Month Contract £(Apply online only)/day (Inside IR35) QA Lead with NHS Experience on ETL and Data Migration experience. Need candidates Start ASAP in November 2025. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL and Data migration experience. A chance to work with a leading global IT and Digital transformation business on the delivery of a complex cloud solution programme for a Government client. Hybrid Working: remote (WFH), and Leeds week working on-site in when required Leeds office. Key Responsibilities & Experience: Lead QA activities with strong hands-on experience in ETL testing and data migration. Work within an Agile environment and a rainbow team structure, ensuring collaboration across multiple squads. Apply estimation techniques and adhere to established quality processes throughout testing phases. Design, review, and execute test cases, ensuring complete coverage and alignment with requirements. Create and manage test data, estimate execution timelines, and proactively identify and discuss test issues. Maintain a requirements traceability matrix (RTM) to ensure end-to-end coverage. Manage defect logging, triage, and resolution, conducting regular “show and tell” sessions. Define and implement a comprehensive test strategy across all squads, ensuring consistent test standards. Review and validate test artifacts for quality and compliance with the defined strategy. Lead and mentor QA team members, providing coaching and performance guidance. Establish and refine testing processes, ensuring efficient defect management and accurate progress reporting. Align testing objectives with overall project and business goals. Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Available to start immediately
