Network and Security Field Engineer
6 Month Contract
Harlow
£320-£340/day (Inside IR35)
We are seeking a skilled Network and Security Field Engineer for a 6-month rolling contract, with two site locations in Harlow and Farnborough. This position requires flexibility, as it involves a hybrid remote work arrangement with 3 days/week working on-site along with shift-based work outside normal hours.
You must be available to start ASAP, with the role beginning in early March 2025. This is a chance to work with an established global IT and Digital transformation consultancy for an end client in the Telecoms domain.
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience with Checkpoint Maestro and Cisco ASA required.
- Experience in on-site Planning, Troubleshooting, and Configuring changes is essential.
- Technical support of the customer’s Security Infrastructure estate, processes + documentation.
- Security + Firewall incidents, changes, modifications, projects + rule bases.
- Providing technical support, change management (remotely and in person).
- Telecoms domain experience is highly advantageous.
